Looking at my magnificent planner this morning I realized I have no SALs happening until Sunday! I had thought last week I would try to do more bobbinating of the JodyRi Salad Bowl floss but due to weather and time constraints I didn't make it to the Hobby Lobby to pick up bobbins and another floss box and the most important Sharpie Marker. Guess I'll be waiting on that for a bit which is fine.
I didn't share my progress with my crochet fingerless gloves from the week before, so here is Roy happily showing off what I accomplished during a few lunches.
Three rows so far and working on the fourth. Apparently it's easier for me to crochet at home and not in the car. Stitching is easy in the car. I have no idea why that it is! I feel it would be the same with knitting. I don't flail around when doing crochet or knitting, but it just feels weird.
Like when I fly, it is too awkward to crochet or knit because of spatial constraints.
Finished the February NFSAL pattern (no peeky!) last night and have decided how to finish it. Not going to tell about that either.
While sitting there watching Critical Role I figured I might as well work on the 25 x 25 pattern and with Roy's help, managed to get a few stitches in before I was too tired to stay awake for the entire show.
I suppose with this free Friday evening I could finish that 25 x 25 pattern quickly, maybe even clean up the 5th Wheel and prepare for some serious stitching to be done on Odd Clover this weekend.
I think I need propane so that will interrupt my Saturday. It's supposed to get real cold next week for a few days. Just changed a tank this morning so I know I'm good for a week. Guess we'll see!
One last thing.....I didn't make my bed this morning. But I did take an Uber ride to work AND was told that the boss had closed the office yesterday so technically I didn't really miss work! I will make my bed tomorrow though as I have plenty to do and starting out with a win really does help!
Have the most beautiful day today, don't make any plans for the weekend...just go with the flow.
Until next time....KEEP ON STITCHIN'!
