Spent: $100.00
Earned: $36.00
I'm not entirely sure about the amount spent, but I thought it better to go higher than not be right and be too low. I am confident that $67.50 is a sure bet, but I did purchase quite a bit of floss this month, but even that was on sale with my coupons and naturally I had been saving the receipt for just this moment only to have thrown it out days ago because I forgot I was saving it for just this moment.
This is my last month participating in Stitch from Stash and I have to say the past year and a half has been a total blast!
Wondering why I am leaving? I've learned my lovely lessons from this adventure and appreciate every single one of them. SFS helped me to overcome my hoarding issues, made me stop and think before I purchased AND helped me to really get things organized here at the ol' NCC.
I am forever grateful! I support anyone who takes this on....and you are thinking "I'll never go over budget..PAH!" Well you will or you won't but for the serious stitcher who likes to just get and get and get...this is definitely the SAL you NEED to take up with!
I have volunteered to still continue providing prizes for the monthly winners of SFS drawings and such, so we will see if Mel and her crew will keep me on honorarily speaking.
GOOD LUCK MY LOVELY STITCHERS!
Oh You are wonderful to keep providing prizes, this was such a fun project to do and I'll be staying with it so you can cheer me on as I do horrible things to the budget in part B.
ReplyDeleteI have cheering power and motivation to see you through the next six months and beyond! Hang on...what horrible things are you going to do to your budget?
DeleteFabric and floss for the fractal, Ashley's princesses patterns, the other pattern I'm buying from Ashley. And I'm going to make another attempt to shop at the LNS in Kelown that was closed last time, maybe do a shopping trip there for my birthday
DeleteAha! Sounds like ADVENTURE waiting to happen!
DeleteHooray for surviving another round of SFS! But, but, what I really wanted to know and see was what you earned those $36 for...!
