April SFS

Spent: $2.42 USD

Earned: $24.00 USD

All I purchased this month was floss.  It seems that the bookmarks I'm doing require the old floss I haven't used in years which there wasn't much of so why not replace and restore my stash?

I re-stitched the January Flower of the Month bookmark after I had finished February on the white evenweave because it looks so incredible.  You have to admit it is a far cry prettier than on that darker fabric which made it look blurry somehow.

I also finished side A of the next Quaker Ornament which also makes me smile as it turns out very pretty as well.  That tea dyed fabric was perfect for the colors and I'm thrilled to bits over it.

Finally got around to finishing up the Ornament of the month for April, which is diamond and because I had chosen to do these little cuties so tiny, I was not able to honor the original pattern with all the beautiful backstitching, but I did the best I could and am still really happy with the outcome.

Anything I finish before the end of April I will just go ahead and count for May.  It's funny how these add up pretty quickly to earn me some big bucks!

Not only do I get pretties, but somehow, I have managed to get back some of the kitting my stash I had spent in Jan, Feb and March :D

Two thumbs up for April is what I say!

Until next time...Keep on Stitchin'!

    2. Stairs, a pot and a plant, but it does seem like not much to go.

    1. well, after getting the princess patterns from Ashley I may have disrupted that flow! I had to break my pattern fast just to do that, but it was worth it! I'm hoping to have some good money earned next month though!
