WIPocalypse for March

If money - and time - were not limiters, what projects would be on your stitching bucket list?

Gosh, what a question!  I'd have to say that if time were not an issue I could stitch my entire kitted stash first, then stitch patterns from my Ancient Manuscripts, books and current magazines...and then go for the big ones like HAED or Tilton or Unconventional X Stitch.  Who am I kidding?  I would start every project I have and go completely nuts buying every pattern I've ever loved looking at!  A true berserker stitcher can never be tied down to a "healthy" plan!!  STITCH IT ALL I say!

Current WIP I'm working on is...sadly....Day 2 of TW's 12 Days.  I'm a bit behind on my monthly stitches but it's alright because my stash needed me!

As you can see I'm not far from being done, then on to February Bookmark and Day 3 and March Bookmark.

I am excited!

Until next time.....

Stitch on!

  1. It still looks like you made good progress. Those stitches are tiny, so it will take longer :)

    1. yes I did! I'm very pleased with my end result so I don't mind playing "catch up" in March. The floss organization and the beads organization have already paid off! I can't wait until you get to finish up your organizing, those little boxes are so cute!

  3. It's okay if stitching time gets replaces with other awesome stuff for a bit - just continue to be as awesome and the finishes will come flying in no time!

    1. I agree, once you hit the middle it slows way down and stitch placement gets a little confusing once in awhile, but I'm really enjoying it...YES you should dig yours out and join me!

  6. I am enjoying seeing your progress on these designs.
I opted for more time too! My stash alone would keep me going for many decades without having to buy anything new.

    1. I love all of your questions!!

Let's get to it then, I fill my biscornu with my ORTs from my ORT jar. Every month when it's TUSAL time I empty my ORTs (old ratty threads from stitching) into a bag. This bag also includes pieces of yarn, shreds from linen or evenweave fabrics and such) and when I make a biscornu I use the ORTs to stuff. It makes the biscornu much more pliant and softer and helps the form to be the perfect biscornu it was meant to be!

As for TW, you can join us here! You don't need to be in the FB group as our group here only joined the FB group because we love TW which makes our group here exclusive, nor do you need to be a member of DeviantArt's Stitching Pirates. Here we have a little group of us who blog, and we have one that does not blog but she loves participating just the same. It would be wonderful if you joined us and dug up one of your patterns!! The more the merrier! Let me know what you decide :D

Happy Monday to you as well!

    1. All you have to do is click on the tab up top that says THE MAGNIFICENT TERESA WENTZLER FOR 2015 and read that page. I will also add you to my email list as I do send out email reminders from time to time on updated photos and such. I will also add your blog to the sidebar under "My Girls" who are all TW Stitchers. Any time you have questions or need help ANY one of them can assist :D
