Eight Color Contest Segment 2

Last night....after a nap...I powered through more of that second half of the top part of the hat and have to say the result so far is AWESOME!

The next section will have the belt or band around the hat and then the rim of the hat, and I have no idea how much I can get done this evening but I'm confident a good section will be completed.

There is supposed to be a bat on the right side of the hat but it really just looks like a blob of black so I'm replacing that with another spider, thereby altering the pattern only slightly.

Yes, I have to tamper with things, but only for the good of the project!
